Almost There- Home Stretch

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and was surrounded by family, friends and of course lots of food during the holiday. I took a few days off just to catch my breath. I will be back blogging after the first of the year as I am finishing out my job this week and I really just want to focus on that.

I want to be able to truly be present and enjoy the last 3 days with my co-workers who have all been really amazing and patient with me during this process of leaving. It has been a roller coaster of emotion for me after 9 years leaving my normal and leaving something that is very comfortable. I know they are in a good place, they can survive without me and I need to let this go so that I can move on with my life.

I have been able to thank them all individually and tell them things they should hear directly from me and my heart. I am being open and honest hoping they will do the same in the future. I have really enjoyed coming around, being vulnerable and getting to this place with all of them before I leave. It is a really good place.

Three shows left for this 5 person band. I am the only one walking off the stage in a few days. They will continue to play to sold out venues and have a very large fan club and groupies. I may become an answer to a Jeopardy question one day in regards to this band. Name the original member that was in the duet with JP before it became a full-fledged rock group?

Answer- Who is Becky Stafford? Dare to dream right? Looking forward to 2018.
